Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Commandly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to access and use Commandly for building, hosting, and deploying Discord bots for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not use the service to build bots that violate Discord's Terms of Service, engage in spam, harassment, or illegal activity.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any bot tokens stored within it. Commandly encrypts all bot tokens at rest and never exposes them in the browser. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Commandly offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Disclaimer

The Commandly service is provided on an "as is" basis. Commandly makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Commandly does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Commandly be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Commandly's service. This includes loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

Commandly reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
